We strive to display product colors, textures, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, material nature, or custom finishes. We strongly recommend ordering physical samples (where available) before making bulk purchases, especially for Tile and Stone products.

Custom/Special-Order Products: Items made to your specifications (e.g., custom-cut tile, unique hardware finishes) are considered final sale unless damaged upon delivery.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email after payment processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment card will be charged at the time of order placement. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes, to your selected payment method.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers may have specific terms and conditions attached.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most global regions, excluding certain parts of Asia and remote areas. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. A flat rate fee of $12.95 applies. Estimated delivery is 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Estimated delivery is 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment. You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our detailed Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging with all parts.
• Process: Contact [email protected] to obtain an RMA number before returning.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom/special-order products, clearance/final sale items, opened/altered Tile and Stone products, and used/installed items.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For damaged or defective items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall “look and feel,” is the property of Plumb Tile or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
