Yes! While our heart is in Sugar Land, Texas, our reach is global. We proudly ship worldwide to homeowners, designers, and builders. Please note that deliveries to some parts of Asia and remote regions may have restrictions. Your shopping cart will automatically notify you at checkout if your location is affected.
We carefully select every item in our collection for its quality, durability, and design. Detailed product specifications, dimensions, and installation guides are provided on each product page. For complex projects, we recommend consulting with your designer, architect, or a licensed contractor. Our customer care team can also provide additional information upon request.

We offer two streamlined shipping methods to fit your project schedule and budget:
- Standard Shipping (Recommended for Speed): A flat fee of $12.95. Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. Ideal for urgent needs or smaller items.
- Free Shipping (Value Without Compromise): FREE on all orders over $50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment. Perfect for larger orders and complete renovation suites.
All orders require a 1-2 business day processing period for careful inspection and packaging.
We believe in no surprises. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey directly with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS). You can also log into your account on our website to view order status and tracking information.
Carriers will typically leave a notice if a signature is required. You can use your tracking number to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from a local depot. While we provide reliable timelines, occasional delays due to customs or unforeseen circumstances can occur. Our team will proactively communicate any significant delays we are aware of.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is our cornerstone. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return policy:
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] within the return window. We will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We meticulously inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse, but mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly and cover all associated shipping costs.
We currently process exchanges through a return and repurchase system. Please initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange, and once the return is received and approved, you will be issued a refund. You can then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
